At Mary Wyatt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your dark aesthetic wardrobe; if your order isn't quite right, you can return items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, in their original condition, and still feature all security tags and packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the return form is included inside the parcel.
Ship the Parcel
Generate your shipping label through the portal and drop your package off at the designated courier point; please retain your proof of postage.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
